How do you use SLEs in the virtual platform?

There are two major styles of learning: the PEDAGOGIC and the ANDRAGOGIC. Pedagogic is based on Child learning, where the teacher tells the children what to learn, and they watch, listen, and learn. Andragogic is based on Adult learning, where the facilitator leads the participants through a learning process, and they experience learning.

Studies have proven that the Andragogic approach is more effective in developing employees. However, even before the pandemic, some trainers were still left in the Pedagogic, classroom-style teaching where participants were treated like children being taught in school. Those who have evolved to using Structured Learning Exercises (SLEs) to employ the Andragogic approach have needed help effectively using it.

Enter the pandemic. With most all seminars done now through the virtual platform, even those who have evolved to using SLEs must grow and do it virtually again. Here is where the more significant challenge lies. How do you use SLEs in the virtual platform?
